Como colaborar con Visa

Para colaborar con Ceprodih usando la tarjeta Visa es necesario que llene un formulario y firme para que no lo haga llegar a nosotros por via mail o por fax.

Los pasos a seguir son los siguientes

1. Llenar el formulario ACA.
2. Imprimirlo y firmarlo.
3. Hacernoslo llegar, ya sea via fax, escanear y mandar por mail o traerlo.

• O traer el documento a Cerrito 617 o a Machado 3304 esq. Otorgués en horario diurno.

Todo esto lo hacemos para brindarle una mejor seguridad.
